Taking into consideration that one country made revolver and three live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner when he had allegedly assembled to make preparation for committing Bank dacoity. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he was languishing in jail custody since 27.12.2014.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Kothi
