The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act. Three liters of Kacha sprit was recovered allegedly from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The recovery was made on 26.08.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
