There was road robbery wherein pickup van loaded with goods looted away after removing the informant, driver. From perusal of case diary, it is apparent that charge sheet had already been submitted but it is unfortunate to observe that Investigating Officer had not taken care of tracing out legal evidence against the petitioners. Accordingly, petitioner Prakash Kumar Singh @ Dina @ Prakash Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.326/2015. A copy of the order should be served upon Superintendent of Police, Vaishali to see how the investigation is being carried out in perfunctory manner.
