500 bags of Urea while being transported over truck bearing registration no.BR-39E-9611 was intercepted by the informant, the driver of the vehicle ran away while one person, petitioner was apprehended who disclosed his identity as owner of the vehicle.

By way of supplementary affidavit owner book, tax token, fitness certificate, insurance has been filed in order to substantiate his plea to be owner of the vehicle. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer and submitted that being owner, his presence was not at all accepted in a cabin at the time of raid.

No.17447 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 Considering the status of the petitioner as well as being under custody since 04.03.2015, petitioner Navneet Kumar Chaurasia is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri B.B.
