Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused, Shringi Mandal kidnapped the sister of informant with intention to marry her. These petitioners are alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

Specific accusation of kidnapping is against coaccused, Shringi Mandal and petitioners have been made accused in this case only because they are mother, father and brother of co-accused Shringi Mandal. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateXI, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhoula PS case No.57/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
