JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to regularize the services of the petitioner who is working since 2011 in the office of the District Programme Officer, Tarapur on the post of Peon without any breakage on the post of daily wages employee.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by

Patna High Court CWJC No.12571 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 reasoned and speaking order within time frame regularizing the services of the petitioner in view of the principle laid down in the case of Uma Devi Versus State of Karnataka.

(iii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to pay regular salary of the petitioner regularizing the services of the petitioner from the date of appointment and also pay dues of salary. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
