The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 19.07.2017 in Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act , 2016 on an accusation of recovery of about 35 liters of toddy has prayed for grant of bail. Considering the nature of accusation as well as period of custody, let the petitioner Uday Shankar Chaudhary @ Chhotu Chaudhary be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge - cum- Special Judge, Sheohar / concerned
