Case No. 43 of 2014 registered under Section376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and, accordingly, all the abovesaid petitions are being disposed off by this common order.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15949 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Taking note of this fact that petitioners were involved in committing gang rape on the victim, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 stands rejected.
However, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioners.
