JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 379, 365 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he as well as others assaulted the informant and his friend but there is specific allegation against co-accused, Shubhankar to this effect that the said co-accused gave dagger blow to the informant. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

No.36807 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Smt. Aditi Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna.
