The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the father of the informant with sharp cutting weapon. The Doctor has found two lacerated wounds, one at the left side of the head and another at the left parietal region.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) Police Station Case No.138 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
