Petitioner who has got criminal antecedents is under custody since 03.09.2014 on account of recovery of one loaded pistol.

Taking into account the period of detention, petitioner, Raja Khan, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra/ successor in the office in connection with Baniyapur PS Case No. 208/2014.
