JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.8.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16310 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was bed ridden due to accident, hence he could not surrender within the stipulated period.

In the circumstances, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the learned court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 326 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned J.M., Raxaul, Motihari. The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent
