Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as two cases arise in connection with Betipatti P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. However, there is neither any

No.17955 of 2015 (3) dt.20-08-2015 recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioners nor petitioners have put on T.I. parade and their names find place on confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioners are in jail custody since 16.02.2014 and 31.01.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Additional Sessions JudgeIV, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014.
