JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant' son and demanded extortion money from him but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the brother of the petitioner was driver of a bus and, as a matter of fact, some altercation took place between the petitioner's brother and informant's son and, thereafter, informant lodged this case against the petitioner and some other persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40434 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram ( T ) P.S.Case No. 1233 of 2015.
