Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P. S. case no. 56/2014 registered under sections 287, 326, 338, 308 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was working as operator of the power house and accusation against him is that due to his fault, informant got electrocuted as a result of which his head and one leg were completely damaged.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with the above stated case stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the
