Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as two cases arise in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17994 of 2015 (3) dt.20-08-2015 neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioners nor petitioners have put on T.I. parade and their names have come on confessional statement of co-accused Chano Mandal. However, both the petitioners have criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2013, subject to condition that petitioners shall file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year and they shall not indulge in such activity in future.
