The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and one Bimal Paswan started fleeing away after leaving the motor cycle but on chase Bimal Paswan and the petitioner were apprehended. Motorcycle was also recovered from near the temple.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused Bimal Paswan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25416 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21923 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014.
