Dacoity was committed at a petrol pump wherein two persons were identified as Sanjiv Paswan as well as Umesh Singh and on a written report of one Brahamdeo Rai, cashier of the petrol pump, the instant case has been registered. From perusal of the case diary/supplementary case diary, it is apparent that the second I.O. has completely ruined the prosecution case and on account thereof, there happens to be complete absence of legal evidence against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, Sujit Kumar Rai @ Sujit Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dalsing Sarai, Samastipur in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40998 of 2016 (3) dt.13-12-2016 with Dalsing Sarai PS Case No. 341/2013.
