2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 287 of 2023, arising out of Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, Manu Patel is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner and one Suraj Kumar are said to have assaulted one Mukesh Patel who has sustained injury. The cause of occurrence is dispute between the neighbours. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.11.2022.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if charge has already been not framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Gopalganj, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 287 of 2023, arising out of Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022.
