JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to an order dated 25.2.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3464 of 2013 to submit that co-accused Binod Bhagat, against whom there is allegation that at his instance, other accused persons assaulted the informant with Farsa, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. He has submitted that the persons who are said to have assaulted the informant have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15399 of 2014. He contends that so far these

In view of the submission as noted above and in view of the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court, let petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bihra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
