Naushad, in connection with Sessions Trial No.52 of 2014, arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No.581 of 2013, under Sections 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the above application and materials on record.
Heard Mrs. Veena Kumari Jaiswal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Mritunjay Kumar Nirala, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the serious nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named and the fact that some witnesses have already been examined, this Court is of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44278 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
