Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 385 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report but his father's name has not been mentioned and the informant claims that while culprits were leaving the place of occurrence, one of the culprits disclosed his name as Uttam Patel.

It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua P.S.
