The dispute of the petitioner can be decided by the District Land Acquisition Officer-cum- Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under the NH Act. Such dispute is with regard to apportionment of the award.

The District Land Acquisition Officer-cumCompetent Authority for Land Acquisition is directed to dispose of the representation dated 15.03.2022 within three months after production of copy of this order after hearing the interested parties including the petitioner.
