The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.639 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner in the FIR is that he was pressurizing the informant to withdraw the case lodged against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
