2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.43 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. By order dated 14.03.2023, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the Patna High Court.
4. Perused the Mediator's Report dated 26.04.2023 at Flag 'M'. The learned Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57806 of 2022(5) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 parties is also attached with the Mediation Report.
5. Considering the fact that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.43 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
