2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 5.4.2023, passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 466 of 2022.

3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, said order is modified to the extent that the appellants are granted six weeks further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail bonds.

4. Modification petition is thus allowed.
