The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing the order taking cognizance dated 13.01.2014, against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in G.R. No. 2608 of 2013 arising out of Mahnar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38660 of 2014(6) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 Opposite Party No. 2 that the charges have already been framed and evidence is also being led on behalf of the prosecution in this case, as such the present petition has become infructuous.
