JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Pinku Kumar from whose conscious possession stolen mobile was recovered and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 10.07.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dagarua P.S.Case No. 49 of 2016.
