JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The deceased was employee of co-accused Lalan Azad and it is alleged that the deceased along with four other persons proceeded from his house and, thereafter, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a field. The petitioner happens to be the driver of aforesaid co-accused Lalan Azad. From perusal of the impugned order, I find that except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the co-accused Lalan Azad @ Lalan Prasad @ Azad Lalan Prasad has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner does not have any criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S.Case No. 98 of 2015.
