2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 274, 275 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, total 31.800 litres of illegal Nepali Kasturi liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner also got arrested from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
