JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2024, passed in CWJC No.5820 of 2024, though the alias name of the petitioner, i.e. Rekha Devi has been mentioned in the service book by the Superintendent of Police, Supaul, however, a bare perusal of Annexure-R/2 to the show-cause filed in the present case, would show that the Superintendent of Police, Supaul has issued a District Order No.1099 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 wherein it has been mentioned that upon verification it has been found that the petitioner, i.e. Nirmala

Patna High Court MJC No.2691 of 2024(4) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 Kumari @ Rekha Devi, is the wife of Sri Raushan Kumar, Constable No.66, Supaul District Force and mother of Nandani Kumari and Rikit Raj. Thus it is submitted that the Superintendent of Police, Supaul be directed to also include the actual name of the petitioner, i.e. Nirmala Kumar, in the service book.

2. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Superintendent of Police, Supaul to mention the name of the petitioner as Nirmala Kumari @ Rekha Devi, in the service book of Raushan Kmar, after proper verification.

3. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
