2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section Section 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R. on 04.09.2024, the informant got an information that her grand son Amaresh Kumar (petitioner) killed her son Timal Yadav with Kudal and on receipt of such information, the informant went there and saw the dead-body of her son lying in pool of blood and his head was broken. During course of investigation, one Sunni Kumar stated that he saw this petitioner assaulting the deceased with Kudal.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, material collected during course of investigation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody
