The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was married to the petitioner in the year 2012 and in the month of January, 2014 his daughter was killed due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that nobody has seen the occurrence. The informant has not stated this fact that from whom he got the knowledge about the death of his daughter. It is further submitted that no poisonous substance was found in the F.S.L. report. The doctor did not find any external injury.
Having taken into consideration the fact that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37791 of 2014 (3) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 petitioner is the husband and his wife met with an unnatural death within two years of her marriage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
