ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-08-2015 Counter Affidavit filed today be kept on record. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.06.2014 by which the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Special Case No.107 of 2002.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks discharge on question of facts which cannot be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41120 of 2014 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
