Informant, who happens to be driver of tractor bearing registration no.BR53A 5592 and trailer BR53A 5593 while was going towards Lakhisarai was waylaid by the unknown miscreants who, after tying him, took away tractor, trailer, mobile set, wrist watch, cash, documents relating to vehicle etc. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident from para-48 that two accused Sanjeet Kumar and Santu Mahto were apprehended in connection with Pachmahalla O.P. (Maranchi) P.S. Case No.10 of 2014 who made extra judicial confessional statement and on account thereof, complicity of petitioner has been identified who was under custody in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.85 of 2014 and was remanded in this case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17837 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Jitu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna / successor in office in connection with Maranchi (Pachmahalla) P.S. Case No.5 of 2014.
