JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Perused the letter no. 109 dated 04.04.2017 and the letter no. 179 dated 19.07.2017 of the District & Sessions Judge, Khagaria.

The learned District & Sessions Judge, Khagaria has sought further two months time to conclude Sessions Trial No. 379 of 2014 on the ground that 13 prosecution witnesses including the informant have already been examined. Summons, bailable warrants as well as non bailable warrant of arrest through S.P. Khagaria have already been issued for producing the prosecution witnesses and as such two months further time is required for conclusion of the trial.

Under the circumstances, further two months time is granted to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Khagaria to conclude Sessions Trial No. 379 of 2014.
