JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law whereas rest petitioners are brothers -in-law of the deceased.

The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that the deceased committed suicide due to petty family feud and information regarding the death of the deceased was given to the informant as well as his other relatives. It is further contended by him that the husband of the deceased has already remanded in this case and so far as petitioners are concerned, they are in jail custody since nine months.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2705 of 2015 (4) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No.165 of 2014.
