Petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation that he forcibly kidnapped one Chandani Devi and when the informant made protest, petitioner opened three round firings as a result of which the informant sustained fire arms injury on several parts of his body.

Para 18 of the case diary reveals that in course of investigation, victim was recovered from the house of the petitioner and moreover, informant has sustained grievous injury said to be caused by fire arms.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahua P.S. case no. 275/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
