JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.78845 of 2023, where vide order dated 05.03.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No.78845 of 2023, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on condition that they shall be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of four weeks of the order.

2. This is second modification petition.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since petitioners were unaware about the aforesaid order, they could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time period.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the modification application is allowed.

5. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks to be counted from today on same terms and conditions.

6. The order dated 08.04.2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

7. This order shall be treated as part of order dated 08.04.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No.78845 of 2023. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
