The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that after amicable settlement a mutual divorce petition bearing Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 304 of 2021 has been filed in the Court of Prinicpal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran, Motihari and the same has been decreed vide order dated 24th May, 2022.

No.65933 of 2021(3) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakiya Case No. 49 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
