This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities either to acquire left over 4 decimal land or grant access to reach over the land of the petitioner appertaining to Tauzi No. 12569, Khata No. 45, Khesra No. 1797, Area 24.50 decimal out of which only 20.50 decimal land has been acquired by the Government of Bihar for the 'Aadharbut Sanrachna Vikash Pradhikar Bhumi Bank' project.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Collector-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14250 of 2022(7) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 cum-District Magistrate, Nalanda (Respondent No. 2) with all the necessary documents in his support.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Nalanda (Respondent No. 2) within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event such representation is filed within the stipulated time, Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

6. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
