1. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has produced a death certificate of the father of the petitioner, dated 18.09.2023, a copy whereof, is kept on record as also a copy thereof is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent-State further submits that the original death certificate has already been sent to the petitioner by speed post.

2. It is needless to state that in case the original death certificate, sent to the petitioner, by speed post, is returned back

Patna High Court CWJC No.12014 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 to the respondents unserved, the petitioner would be entitled to visit the concerned office and receive the same.
