The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2016 in connection with Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 379, 452, 307, 354(B), 354(D) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegations and that there is no further cogent material in the case diary against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
