JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupashpur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 366, 372, 373, 34 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of running a racket of flesh trade.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been arrested on the spot and has falsely been implicated in this case as he was accused in another case of similar nature and has been remanded in this case from that case on 23.06.2017. Further even the statement of girl has not been recorded in this case and she has not been medically examined. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42068 of 2017 (3) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 and submitted that the recovered girl disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person responsible.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
