JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 11.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 61882 of 2017 and allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of daughter of informant and also of committing rape upon her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the last two years petitioner is in custody and there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Heard learned APP and perused the report submitted by the court below, from which it appears that the case has been committed to the court of session on 30.9.2019. In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since the petitioner is in custody for the last two years, learned trial court
