2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 148/2023 registered on 18.05.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, low-quality street lights have been installed in gram Panchayat Sahuka causing a total loss to the tune of Rs. 5,25,000/-

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged amount of Rs.5,25,000/- has been deposited in the account of Gram Panchayat which reflects from Annexure-4 to the bail petition. 5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Mohania, Kaimur, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
