The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, vide order dated 05.01.2021 passed by the learned Sub Judge-I, Madhubani in Title Suit N. 239 of 2014, defendant no.4 was permitted to repair the house and make a toilet. The defendant violating that order erected tin shed in the premises. In this respect, the petitioners have filed a petition before the court below on 18.06.2021, but still no order has been passed on

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.469 of 2021(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 that petition.

In view of aforesaid, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of that petition as expeditiously as possible. With these observations, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
