JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Both the above stated petitions arise out of Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 203 of 2014 registered under section 302, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order. Petitioners are named in the first information report but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49868 of 2014 (4) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 according to the prosecution case itself, it is co-accused Murgi Mian, who shot fire on the deceased and so far as petitioners are concerned, it is stated that they were also sitting on the vehicle along with co-accused Murgi Mian and deceased at the time of alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners coupled with their period of detention in the jail custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 203 of 2014.
