Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 354(B) and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have used filthy language, entered into the informant's house, pushed her daughter and held her by her hair and dragged her to informant's door.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are neighbours and they are fighting since long for using common rasta between both the house since informant and petitioner's family claiming their right over common rasta. It is further submitted that the occurrence took place on 05.07.2021 but the FIR was lodged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66613 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 07.07.2021 without any explanation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur PS case No. 374/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
