This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier on 23-09-2014, the bail petition of this petitioner alongwith other co-accused Dewanti Devi was rejected by this Court considering the seriousness of the allegation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed.

Just now, I have rejected the bail petition of Dewanti Devi, vide Cr. Misc. No. 17673 of 2015. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of this petitioner too stands rejected. Keeping in view the fact that charge has already been
